ABOUT ATTORNEY JULIANNE STANFORD

Here is the background on Julianne Stanford for this release. A 2012 graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, Julianne initially joined the California Civil Rights Law Group as a law clerk while she awaited her Bar results. Showing a knack for client relations and dispute resolution early on, Julianne swiftly became and has remained an invaluable part of the team. She now manages a sizable portion of the firm’s caseload and works closely with Larry Organ on key decisions involving the firm’s litigation and case management strategies.

During law school, Julianne studied abroad at Trinity College in Dublin and Charles University in Prague. Despite being her first job as an attorney, Julianne brings a wealth of employment law experience to the firm. She worked as a student mediator at the Mediation Clinic in San Francisco, where she successfully mediated and resolved several cases, including the clinic’s first-ever criminal mediation. She interned at the Employment Law Clinic in San Francisco, where she received a favorable judgment from the Superior Court on an appeal of a decision by the California Labor Commissioner. She also successfully mediated and settled two discrimination disputes brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Julianne’s early track record of success and enthusiasm for defending civil rights in the workplace has made her both an ideal addition to the firm’s legal team and a promising advocate in the ongoing fight for employee rights.
